N.A.M.E., The National Association of Mobile Entertainers, offers comprehensive benefits and insurance for most types of mobile entertainers. One of our most valuable and important benefits is our group insurance rate which we are able to pass on to our members. This group policy is administered by Loomis Co. Together we offer insurance for DJ’s, musicians, stage hypnotists, magicians, comedians, public speakers, balloon artists, clowns, and many more.
You must be an active member of The National Association of Mobile Entertainers (N.A.M.E.) to access our exclusive discounted Liability and Equipment Insurance benefits.
How to become a member
In business for over 25 years, N.A.M.E. has never increased our membership dues. You must be a member to gain access to our group insurance policy. Signing up online is easy and fast. Simply go to the Join/Renewal page and follow the detailed instructions. If you’d rather speak to a human and sign up over the phone, call us at 215-658-1193.
Once you’ve paid for your NAME membership, you will receive a confirmation email from PayPal. Shortly thereafter, you will receive a second email from our customer service team with your new NAME member number, benefits, discounts and insurance instructions. You will then be able to submit your insurance request at insurename.com and/or talk to the team at Loomis Co. if you like. Loomis Co. will then contact you within 24 hours to get your insurance all set up!
Members may request a welcome packet in the mail with a member certificate, membership card and don’t forget to sign up for the newsletter. If you prefer paperless, we can email you all of the above as well!
Loomis Co. excels in prompt, professional and courteous service. Additional insured certificates are provided by Loomis Co. anytime you need them – at no charge. Requests for before 2022 and beyond can be made via email to certificates@loomisco.com. Please email them any information that is required on the additional insured certificate, including your preferred email, business name, venue name and venue address.
